I'm pretty sure it all started with an Easy-Bake oven

I’m a creator at heart.Whether in the kitchen combining ingredients for a new recipe or in my garage staring at stuff and thinking this could be useful. It's how my mind is wired.

As a content creator, my day-to-day work life is varied. I might be in the kitchen creating recipes, helping clients with their brand identity and visual assets, writing a cookbook, or producing a story idea for a video, digital, or print publication. 

I graduated from UCLA and Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts and created Styled Delicious, a boutique culinary brand. I worked as an event and incentive planner before trading my corporate power suits for culinary school chef jackets and checked pants. 

Over the years, I have produced videos, developed recipes, styled food for the camera, written food and lifestyle features, appeared on a few culinary shows, and published a cookbook. My work-life role is constantly evolving and never dull.  

My attention to detail, organization skills, appreciation for photography, and artistic sensibility are perfect for editorial, print, digital media, and television work. I have appeared on Halogen Network, Food Network's Cupcake Wars (seasons 1 & 2), the pilot of Halloween Wars, 28 webisodes for About.com, and culinary segments for Oprah's OWN show. My experience in front of the camera and behind the scenes gives me a unique perspective. 

As part of my culinary education, I trained in Spain, on the island of Mallorca, and in Napa, at the famed French Laundry. In addition to working with top culinary brands, I have worked behind the scenes with Food Network celebrity chefs on the talk show circuit, Giada De Laurentiis on the Giada at Home show, and Bob Blumer on his cookbook Glutton for Pleasure and Surreal Bites. 

I'm also a deputy editor with Southbay Magazine. Over the years, I have written, produced, and photographed food and lifestyle features and have credits in, Southbay, Ventura Blvd, Soutbay Home, Southbay Health, Find Your Paradise, TerraneaLife, Bake it Up, and Food & Wine. My first cookbook, Friends: The Central Perk Café, with Insight Editions, was published in 2021.

I'm an avid traveler and have been to many exotic locations for work and pleasure. I'm fine adventuring alone or with friends if I have my camera and iPhone to document the journey. My fascination with traveling and exploring different cultures has inspired my cooking style and worldview. Food culture gives us an insight into people's lives; it shows us who they are and what nourishes their souls.
